What Is The Daily Mile?

It’s a free, fun, non-competitive physical activity in primary schools and nurseries during class time. 

Children run, wheel or walk together outdoors for 15 minutes, at least three times a week. Created by teachers for the benefit of our children in response to the growing health crisis.  

The Daily Mile helps children move more, feel better, and stay active—regardless of age, ability, or circumstances.
